How soon will my
order ship?
All individual orders ship within 2 business days (usually
the same day you order). Private label orders (wholesale
only) will take about 4-6 weeks for delivery; please call
for details.
How much do you
charge for shipping?
Our shipping costs are based on the destination and weight
of your package. The customer will be responsible for
any import fees or duty on international shipments.
Returns
Our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order
just call us within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization number and we will credit back
the purchase price upon your authorized
return. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return
shipping is the customers responsibility unless the return
is due to our error.
No returns on private label items or journals once
they are used. No Returns will be accepted without a return
authorization number. Please call between 9am to 6pm PST to receive
a return authorization.
Absolutely no returns after 30 days.
